Data collected
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email address, type and name of organisation, type of request, language pair, length, deadline, message and any attached file.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quote and a contract. Processing is based on your consent, given through the checkbox (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).
Recipients
Your data is intended for Beatriz Muñoz Estrada-Maurin only. It is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Technical providers are involved in delivering it: Vercel (website hosting and form processing) and Resend (email delivery). These US-based providers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than three years after our last exchange, unless a contract is signed, in which case statutory accounting retention periods apply.
Your rights
